How does the free trial work?

Click on the Request trial link and fill out our simple registration form. You will be asked to provide your email address, which will serve as your user name, and a password of your choice. You will also be asked to provide a credit card and billing address for verification purposes only, as well as the subscription type you would like to have should you decide to keep using the service after your free trial ends.


Why do we ask you to provide a credit card if the trial is free?

Our free trial is designed to let potential subscribers evaluate our service before committing to a paid membership. We ask free trial users for a credit card in order to verify their identity and to have a mechanism to bill them should they decide to continue with our service after the free trial expires. We will therefore authorize (but not charge) your card when you register to ensure it is valid. We will not charge you until after your 14 free trial days have passed. If you decide to cancel your account before your 14 days expire you will not be charged anything. Guaranteed.


Does MarketGrader share your personal or billing information with other companies, third parties or marketers?

Absolutely not. Your personal and billing information are for MarketGrader's use only. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how we care for your personal information.


Will you be billed after the 14-day trial has expired?

Yes. You will be billed on the 15th day at the rate you selected during your registration unless you cancel your membership before your free trial expires. You may cancel your free trial at any time by emailing us at support@marketgrader.com or calling us at (888) 529-1767.


What happens if you want to cancel your subscription after you have been billed?

You may cancel your MarketGrader.com subscription at any time. If you are a monthly subscriber you will not receive a refund and your account will be cancelled at the end of your current monthly term.

If you are a one - year subscriber, you may cancel your membership within the first 30 days of your subscription and be entitled to a 50% refund.

If you are a two - year subscriber, you may cancel your membership within first two months of your subscription and be entitled to a refund of 50%. If you are a three – year subscriber, you may cancel within the first three months of your subscription and be entitled to a 50% refund.
