PDF STOCK REPORTS

The purpose of our research reports is to bring to the surface the most important and relevant details of our comprehensive and robust fundamental analysis in a clear, concise and reader- friendly format investors can relate to. Our reports bridge the gap between a powerful fact-and-numbers-based research methodology and a clean presentation any investor can understand. This allows readers to quickly identify a company’s strengths and weaknesses while comparing its overall financial health with that of its peers; all with the peace of mind that comes from knowing their homework has been done. Every MarketGrader research report can be broken down into four sections that follow a logical bottom-up/top-down thought process and reads like a fundamental report.

Page one provides an overview of the stock’s rating and the relationship with its price performance. A Grade History chart provides the reader with absolute transparency about MarketGrader’s historical rating and compares it to the stock’s performance. Also included on this page is an overview of the company’s grade composition, a visual representation of the areas where it’s fundamentally strong or weak.

Pages two and three get to the heart of MarketGrader’s analysis, presented through our fundamental narrative that explains the reasoning behind our Growth, Value, Profitability and Cash Flow grades. Each section’s narrative explains the construction of our analysis and the numbers used to calculate our grades.

Page four provides materials to support our fundamental analysis and of general interest to investors, including the company’s latest quarterly and annual financials, market ratios and share related data as well as four fundamental charts and a complete profile of the company.

Page five completes our report with a series of top-down tools that put the company’s fundamental analysis in the context of the performance of its peers and its industry. These include a comparative chart that plots the stock’s performance against the industry, the S&P 500 Index and the MarketGrader Index*; a 50 and 200 day moving average chart and a 10-year price chart. A Market Share table identifies the companies that are gaining or losing market share in the industry; in contrast, a Peer Comparison table at the end of the report ranks the top ten companies in the industry based on MarketGrader’s fundamental rating.
