TIMELINESS AND DELIVERY

MarketGrader understands that quality research is relevant only as long as its delivery is timely, reliable and adaptable to the market’s ever changing conditions. We have therefore built Content Service, a state-of-the-art research report management system that ensures our clients have access to our research when they need it most.

Earnings Announcements
Considering the importance of the four times in the year every company announces quarterly or annual results and the impact these have on the stock’s performance, MarketGrader has built a system that incorporates all the necessary data from every company’s reports into our grading system virtually the same day the information becomes publicly available. Within hours of each announcement, the new information has been run through our system, which automatically assesses the impact on the entire fundamental outlook for the company. No later than 48 hours after each announcement, MarketGrader will publish a new report on the stock reiterating, upgrading or downgrading our rating on the stock. Even if the stock’s rating is reiterated, the new report will prove very useful as it will have the latest fundamental and market data on the company.

Rating Changes
In a time when Fair Disclosure has come to the forefront of public company reports and analyst stock research, MarketGrader ensures that any time our rating on a stock changes, it becomes available to all our clients simultaneously. Furthermore, considering MarketGrader’s reports are based 100% on quantitative, computer generated research, our system ensures all our clients receive our research updates immediately after a rating change occurs.

Shelf Life: Quality, Not Quantity
MarketGrader’s Content Service is programmed to ensure no research report exceeds a shelf life of more than thirty days from its last publication date. If no material changes have affected the company’s analysis since the report’s last publication date, the new report will simply reiterate the stock’s rating while refreshing all share and performance data guaranteeing the report stays accurate and current. This does not change our focus on quality over quantity, as a large number of the stocks we cover receive the same rating for long periods of time when their fundamentals call for it.
