The Index’s constituents are selected based on MarketGrader’s Score, which rewards companies with above average growth and strong quality characteristics, without overpaying for their shares. The Index’s objective is to give investors access to the very best companies in what MarketGrader considers to be one of the world’s secular growth sectors, Health Care, regardless of company domicile or listing, providing all constituents pass strict size and liquidity filters.

Weighting

The Index is free-float market cap weighted, with the total weight of any single constituent capped at 5% of the entire Index weight at each rebalance. Additionally, no constituent may have a weight, at each rebalance, of less than 0.25% of the entire Index.

Geographic Exposure

All Eligible countries in the Developed and Emerging markets according to the Index Rulebook. However, no more than 20 companies may be domiciled in Emerging Economies and no more than 10 companies may be domiciled in a single country classified as an Emerging Economy.¹

Rebalance Frequency

Semi-annually on the third Friday of March and September
